Abstract
This article focuses on the transmission logic of digital supply chains on operational capabilities and enterprise performance, elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of digital supply chains, and analyzes their impact on operational capabilities, including optimizing inventory management, enhancing logistics efficiency, and strengthening collaborative operations. Explore the mediating role of operational capabilities in the improvement of enterprise performance. Research shows that digital supply chains can effectively promote the improvement of enterprise performance by enhancing operational capabilities, providing theoretical support for enterprises to implement digital supply chain strategies.
