Abstract
Double-Qualified Teachers, who possess both industrial experience and professional educational backgrounds, are the main builders of higher vocational colleges in China. In recent years, the construction of Double-Qualified faculty, combining full-time and part-time teachers, has achieved remarkable results. However, there are still structural issues such as lack of planning in the development of Double-Qualified Teachers, lack of favouritism towards Double-Qualified Teachers in professional title evaluation, and lack of sufficient mobilization of incentive mechanisms. This paper proposes strategies for optimizing the construction paths of Double-Qualified teachers from the perspectives of planning programme dimensions, incentive security dimensions, as well as literacy competency dimensions.
