Abstract
With the development of the times and the progress of education, cultural education has become an important part of contemporary talent training. Especially for regional characteristic culture, constructing an evaluation index system of regional cultural educational effectiveness is conducive to better improving the quality of talent training. This paper will analyze the construction of the evaluation index system of regional cultural educational effectiveness in primary and secondary schools. By analyzing the value of system construction and combining with the current status of the construction of the cultural educational effectiveness evaluation index system, reasonable suggestions are put forward. The purpose is to give full play to the role of cultural education and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of talent training in primary and secondary schools.
