Abstract
As the core power transmission and distribution equipment in the power system, the condensation problem of high-voltage switchgear has long threatened the insulation performance and operational safety of the equipment, and has become a key hidden danger that restricts its reliable operation. This paper focuses on the condensation formation mechanism and detection difficulties, and proposes a set of condensation intelligent identification and environmental state diagnosis system design scheme based on STM32 embedded platform. The system integrates multi-parameter sensors such as temperature and humidity, surface temperature, etc., and intelligently recognizes and evaluates the risk of environmental state through dew point calculation and fuzzy logic algorithm. The system design scheme has good real-time, scalability and engineering adaptability, and provides theoretical reference and system conception for realizing intelligent monitoring and preventive operation and maintenance of high-voltage switchgear.
