Abstract

This paper aims to explore optimization strategies for hospital infrastructure project management, with the goal of enhancing construction efficiency and quality, and ensuring a safe and comfortable hospital environment. By analyzing the current status of hospital infrastructure project management, the paper identifies the main existing issues and proposes targeted optimization measures, providing a reference for the scientific management of hospital infrastructure projects.
